Skin test is required for all hair colour services 48 hours before the service. 

It will be carried out by the technician providing the service, and the skin test is valid for 6 months

 

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Ikkar Hair 

and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time.

If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know

so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other clients.

  • We charge refundable deposit 30% for your booking. Please be aware our 24 hours cancellation policy.

  • We have 24 hours cancelation policy, you can right to amend/cancel your appointment before 24 hours from your booking, however we may keep your deposit after that.

  • Please be aware we may cancel your appointment if you are late 15mins from your appointment time,

  • For hair colour, hair wave / Japanese straightening and hair treatment without haircut, please add shampoo and blow-dry which you will find in the hair cut categories.

  • Please call us if you are looking for a last minute booking. We will happily try to arrange your appointment.

  • We run a waiting list for appointments at busy times so if you can't find an appointment online, please give us a call and we will happily add your name to the waiting list

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

When you email/text to make an appointment, we may need to discuss the type of service you require and agree to book one or more of our stylists for you.

 

During this initial interaction, we will be able to discuss the timing and process involved in the services you require in order for you to make an informed decision.


Cancellations

 

 

Should you not be able to make the appointment, we would be grateful if you could call at least 24 hours in advance in order for us to communicate with our team and clients as necessary.
 

 

Late arrivals

 

London is a busy and unpredictable city. As a general rule, we would be grateful for you to arrive on time to your appointment. Please note that late arrivals may have an impact on some of our services.

Should you encounter any problems on your way to our Salon, please let us know as soon as you can in order to inform our team and evaluate whether there will be an impact on our bookings for the day.

- DEPOSIT -

In order to secure your appointment, we are asking for £100 deposit (Straightening/Colour with Bleach) / £50 deposit (Digital Perm) to be paid at the time of the booking. We require at least 24 hours prior notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The deposit may be paid by Credit Card over our online booking system or at the salon by Credit Card, or Cash. The deposit is then held until your booking as a credit towards the appointment. If a cancellation is made before the 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be refunded or carried on to the next appointment. If a cancellation is made after the 24 hours’ notice period, the deposit will be forfeited as a late cancellation fee. If you simply do not show up to a booked appointment, the deposit will be also forfeited as a no- show fee and you may not be able to make any future appointments without paying in FULL at the time of your booking.
